Il Clarinetto appartiene alla categoria dei ristoranti/pizzeria, con una spiccata predisposizione forse più per i fornelli che per il forno, tanta è la varietà di menù ed in particolare di pesce in carta.                               Il locale è accogliente, semplice e dall'aria pulita. Il personale in sala, quasi esclusivamente di origine straniera, non splende certo per professionalità, ma si dimostra all'altezza della tipologia del locale e molto disponibile oltre che rapido nel dare seguito alle richieste, ben orchestrato dal titolare Sig. Paolo. Semplice ma scelta con gusto la mise en place.                                                                              

Clarinet belongs to the category of restaurants / pizzeria, with a strong predisposition perhaps more for stoves than for the oven, so there is the variety of menus and in particular of fish in paper. The room is cozy, simple and clean. The staff in the room, almost exclusively of foreign origin, does not shine for professionalism, but it is up to the type of the room and very helpful as well as prompt in following the requests, well orchestrated by the master Mr Paolo. Simple but tastefully chosen the mise en place.

Ci sediamo ed accanto a noi vediamo servire delle pizze con pasta medio/alta e molto, forse troppo condite; l'impressione comunque è positiva. La nostra scelta resta però per il settore ristorante ed in particolare per il menù di pesce. 

We sit and next to us we see serving beside us pizza with medium / high pasta and a lot, maybe too seasoned; The impression is, however, positive. However, our choice remains for the restaurant sector and especially for the fish menu.

Iniziamo quindi con una serie di antipasti, estremamente classici, con un tentativo di presentazione di livello, ma nonostante l'impegno si vede che chi sta dietro la regia non ha un trascorso da ristorante stellato e quindi siamo a livello della ristorazione media tradizionale. Insalata di polpo, tonno e spada sono serviti con una guarnizione disarmonica di verdure che non vanno oltre al colore,
Let's start with a series of extremely classy appetizers, with a level presentation attempt, but despite the commitment it is noticed that those behind the director have not spent a stellar restaurant and so we are at the level of traditional media dining. Salad of octopus, tuna and swordfish are served with a dish of disharmonious vegetables that do not go beyond color

Si prosegue così, con piatti dove i totani la fanno da padrona. Non male, tuttavia si eccede talvolta nella proporzione pesce/peperone e nello zucchero dei pomodorini confit.
It continues, with dishes where the totans make it a master. Not bad, however, sometimes exceeds the ratio of fish / pepper and sugar confit tomatoes.

Nella normalità anche il polpo in umido che si presenta cotto al punto giusto e di buon sapore, anche se a nostro parere abbonda troppo di pomodoro. L'insalata su questo piatto rappresenta un corpo estraneo.
Normally even the wet octopus that is cooked to the right and good taste, although in our opinion it is abundant with tomato. The salad on this dish represents a strange body.

Lo Spaghetto allo Scoglio rappresenta l'inno alla quantità ma, pur se lo spaghetto appare di buona qualità e cotto al dente, non si lega con il sugo

Spaghetti alla Scoglio represents the hymn to the quantity but although the spaghetti looks good quality and cooked to the tooth, it does not bind with the sauce

Buone le alici fritte e graditi i gamberi panati con veli di mandorle, una semplice particolarità che rende il piatto particolarmente gradito agli occhi, 

Good fried anchovies and good quality shrimp cooked with almonds, a simple peculiarity that makes the dish particularly pleasing to the eyes

Con il dessert, quello che non ti aspetteresti, un tiramisù servito nel vasetto, dal gusto ottimo e densità perfetta

Quindi, Il Clarinetto si presenta come un buon ristorante che sicuramente riesce a soddisfare anche gli amanti della pizza. Per adesso ci siamo accontentati del pesce, in futuro chissà........ la scelta è varia, senza dimenticare la possibilità di un pasto della tradizione fiorentina con l'immancabile bistecca all'osso.

So, The Clarinet looks like a good restaurant that surely meets the pizza lovers. For now we are satisfied with the fish, in the future who knows ........ the choice is varied, not forgetting the possibility of a meal of Florentine tradition with the inevitable steak.
